Delivery Information

We process and ship orders on Mondays through Fridays, excluding Public Holidays. Verified orders submitted will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days unless otherwise stated. We provide FREE Delivery to Singapore, except for selected locations. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, as things like weather and traffic are beyond our control. Delivery Time & Disposal We do not do disposal. Customers will be informed of delivery timing via phone or email one day before delivery date. If delivery time and date is finalized but delivery failed due to the following: No one is at home to receive the furniture; Customer failed to apply for necessary entry permit; Circumstances which arises due to customers’ mistakes(IE Incorrect Address, Contact details; In these cases, delivery will be rescheduled for another day and there will incur a surcharge of $50. We do not deliver to Condominium premises on Saturdays .On Weekdays, Condominium premises delivery is only possible between 9 am – 5 pm. Please make the necessary application beforehand to avoid additional delivery surcharge. After hours delivery surcharge Any delivery between 6 pm – 8 pm during standard delivery days will incur surcharge of S$50. Non-Lift Level Surcharge Chargeable @ $10/level/item Multiple Deliveries Most of our products are being delivered by our delivery team but for some products, they might need special handling skills from factory, thus there will be more than one deliveries. You will be informed in advance if your product needs special attention.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Refund Policy Refund window is only open till the 7th day of purchase. We do not accept any refund after 7th day. Exchange Policy Items* can be exchanged for products which are of the same or greater price value within 7days. A restocking fee of S$50 – S$80 per item will be imposed. Should the customer choose to exchange the existing item for another item with a greater price, the customer will also be required to top-up the difference in price. *Following items are NOT entitled for Return / Refund / Exchange: Customized products; Clearance products; Products that require on-site assembly; Modular Wardrobes; Bedroom sets; Bed-sheets, quilt covers and quilts; Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odors. The Worthy Store reserves the right and full discretion to reject any request or return if they are deemed unfit for return / refund / exchange.
